It makes more sense to wait. What if there are some things changed from then?

What is GCMS??????

You will need to be in Canada either as PR or citizen to request your GCMS notes. However, there are a couple of paid sites that will help you get them for a fee, but that means given them access to all your information, your file # and UCI

If you have a trusted friend or family member living in Canada as PR or citizen, they can request this on your behalf online at CIC website for a fee of CAD$ 5.

Hi, I am the primary applicant but I do not have my spouse name on my passport although he has my name on
his, plus I have also provided our marriage certificate alongwith the application. I hope not having his name on my passport wil not be a problem. I need feedback. Thank you guys!

aaSAR. there is no problem with spouse name missing in primary applicants passport. we were successful with it and flying on 12th May

http://www.gazette.gc.ca/rp-pr/p1/2014/2014-04-26/html/notice-avis-eng.php#d107_a

This is what is written. There is clear cut point about application being considered only if it is recieved on or after 1st May. So you can send before 1st may but should be recieved on or after 1st may.

In order to be included under the caps and considered for processing, applications must be completed according to the application kit requirements in place at the time the application is received by the designated office and must meet the criteria set out below.

Complete Federal Skilled Worker applications received by the Centralized Intake Office in Sydney, Nova Scotia, on or after May 1, 2014...

Can anyone from 2013 experience throw some light, if we should send the completed application package before 1st May or wait for last minute if any criteria or form changes?

A number of them are sending dox before time to reach on 1st May.

Please advise.

If they receive your file before May 1st it will be rejected as it would not be fair to other applicant.
