Hi Guys,

I send my application to CIC under NOC 2123 on 21st Jan 2014. Later I recieved confirmation by DHL on 27th Jan2014. However Cap updated on 2nd feb 2014 and than closed on 11th Feb 2014.
The point is that it has been nearly 3 months but I have not received Acknowledgement of Receipt. The method of payment was Demand Draft.

Please give me some expert opinion related to my case proceeding.....

Does CIC respond.... What is maximum time to wait for processing in the recent situation?

You will get a response in maximum 20 working days.

Currently all complete application under the FSW 2013 that will close on the 30th April 2014 gets the processing fees charged within 3wks but the time to receive the PER that will contain your file # or UCI varies.

I have been on this forum for FSW 2013 but my application got rejected last time. Now I am preparing my application for FSW 2014. My question is that I have 2-3 years experience in related profession that is required by CIC and remaining 6 years experience for other profession that is not listed there. So when calculating my marks how many marks will I get? Marks for approx 10 years experience as a whole or only for the profession that is listed by CIC?

I'm from Pakistan new to this forum and planning to apply for Canadian PR.

I've few doubts regarding ECA please help me.

1. I have completed my B.E in Electrical , For ECA Do i need to go for WES or any other organization?

2. In WES website its written that

For Secondary Education:
"To be sent directly to WES by the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education.
Documents must be verified by the Controller of Examinations."

Do these docs should be sent directly to WES by Board or by me?


HIGHER EDUCATION: Universities and Institutes of Technology
"You may have photocopies of your original Degree Certificates and Marks Sheet/Result Card
attested by the HEC. Please request for all attested photocopies to be placed in an official
sealed envelope and have the envelope returned to you to forward to WES."

I have all the mark sheets/transcripts and degree . Still do i need to get the transcripts from the concerned university in sealed envelope or I can forward it right away??


Since I m living outside my home country obtaining these sealed envelope will take soo much time .
WHAT SHOULD I DO PLZZ ADVISE!

Also could you please provide the checklist -mandatory documents that I've to submit for ECA.. Plz any Pakistani bro out there???

Addy,

To get your academic credentials evaluated is simple process.
You dont need to go for your Higher secondary degree evaluation
Just you need to get your engineering / masters degree evaluation by WES.
1. Pay the fee of Wes online under category Federal skillled work visa
2. Get your degree and transcript (Origional and Photocopy) attested by HEC... visit HEC website for docs requirement.
3. Request transcript form available on WES website will be signed by you and your University.
4. Hec R&I section will seal your photocopy of degree and transcript + Request transcript form.
5. You will send this seal envelope to WES on your behalf, dont try to open the seal.....
6. WES will send you ECA report origional
