Hi friends, Did anyone dropped the application with old forms, anybody got any information from CIO, unfortunately I did it, They received my application on April 10th, no news yet, did they reject straight away or give us intimation, I already sent the updated forms with cover letter, did they accept?

I sent my application with old forms... dont worry, you did your bit, rest is on VO. The form was changed in march, just a month back, so maybe they will not be too picky about the format, as there is no major change, even the generated barcodes are 2013. Lets hope for the best. But if fate comes to bite you, you cant run too far man... i have first experience on that. Be prepared for the worse... :-\

Hi All,

ALMOST SAME SITUATION FOR ME.MR and PP request received on 04th March. VO OFFICE RECEIVED PASSPORT ON 11th April, but no status change as of today.

My medicals done two months ago. VO office received passports one month ago. I also requested them to deliver the passport as early as possible since I am in different country without passport now for 1 and half month. My family is back in India, my son is missing me a lot I can not make any move without passport. I do not know why VO do not understand the situation I understand if there is something pending from my side. Are they in short of print vendors. some times I just think that "yaar mera passport de do mujhe, nahi chaheye tumhara PR, India mein koi bukhe nahi mar rhe hain hum log". frustrated.... just venting it out

I applied for fsw 2013 in July 2013 and got rejected in Sep 2145 ( CC not charged)
Now i have applied and my app reached them on 15-4-2014
However i just found out that a formed in ma was updated in march 2014 but i sent the 2013 one

is that am immediate refusal?
any experiences so far?

IF i get PER and leave my current job before i get visa, would it jeopardize my case?

I applied under arranged employment as I am on workpermit in canada, they just ask me to submit my pcc from india only ; should I send my pcc from canada also I am confused?

If you are already in Canada and working then CIC has all your details in their system and that's why they haven't asked you for the PCC.

Everything is on fate dude, you may get a PER, maybe it will be rejected. We know there is a mistake in the application, and nothing more can be done... PRAY

The validity of my passport was march31st 2014. I renewed my passport and sent both the passports (Old and New) to NDVO after medicals.

But all my forms submitted till date had the older passport number except for the medicals. Will there be any issues????? Any suggestions...

Okay Goods accompanying and goods to follow has been discussed plenty of times. However, what is the formality of "exporting" our goods out of India WRT Indian customs?

Hi friend, PER is nothing...

Until you get your visa and CoPR continue your job. London VO is not going to say any thing in near future :-[ :-[

You will have to raise a CSE to VO and request for address change. It will be in your AOR email from NDVO. Else you may visit CIC website for change of address (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/change-address.asp).

If I recollect correctly, in your case you may not have to change the address after all, if delivery of passport to you brother in law is concerned and you can opt for VFS service in his city. Please refer to my earlier post to you, if that is the case.
