If you deliver in India, you have to file for the child again...If you deliver in Canada, the child would be born Citizen...Please buy a good Insurance before hand if you plan to deliver in Canada. I am not sure about medical coverage at the beginning (Although, it is said that the day you enter Canada; you are covered by the Govt. of Canada)

All dealings with "CIC" after your file has been transfered to the local VO is through the local VO

Go for Canada princes. Once you arrive in Canada as Permanent Resident you are eligible for Free Medical Facilities for Delivery. Insurance is not required for your in PR. As you will automatically insured when you arrive in Canada

I've just made the payment for RPRF through the CIC's website, with my credit card. It is very easy and fast.

I received the receipt by email immediately.

I know, I have to send a print-out of the receipt to my local Visa office, which is Warsaw in my case. But it says "Please print two copies of this receipt, send one to Citizenship and Immigration Canada and keep one for your records." at the bottom of the receipt. So, do we have to send another copy to Sydney, Nova Scotia as well? Or local visa office is enough?

For a safe side I took three printouts. One sent to CIO Sydney, one to local VO and one kept with me. ;D

Warsaw Visa Office requested MR and RPRF from me. They gave me a link for the payment of RPRF.

I am not so familiar with the methods on that page. I always prefer credit card but there is no credit card option.

I also found payment page on CIC website, which is;

This method of payment looks very easy. I want to do the payment through CIC website, but I am concerned if it will be accepted by Warsaw Office or not, because they didn't tell about that option in the email, they sent to me. What do you guys think? Is payment by credit card through CIC website available for anybody and any visa office and can be used in my case?

There is an interesting thing!, please refer gain to the poland webpage using your above given first link, the RPRF payment link I mean. Now go one page back through clicking on "Visas nad Immigration" tab just on top-left of the page. Then click on "•Fees and payment options" from Quick Links section in the bottom of the page, you will be directed to the Fees, see the last section, it should be "Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF)", now you can see below qouted paragraph which is cleararly saying about online payment permission of RPRF!!!!
"You can now pay your Right of Permanent Residence Fee online. View the Instructions on how to pay your fees."

I got surprised too, but it exist!, I recommend you even follow the given link there "View the Instructions on how to pay your fees." for more information.

My medicals done two months ago. VO office received passports one month ago. I also requested them to deliver the passport as early as possible since I am in different country without passport now for 1 and half month. My family is back in India, my son is missing me a lot I can not make any move without passport. I do not know why VO do not understand the situation I understand if there is something pending from my side. Are they in short of print vendors. some times I just think that "yaar mera passport de do mujhe, nahi chaheye tumhara PR, India mein koi bukhe nahi mar rhe hain hum log". frustrated.... just venting it out

No need to send to CIO NS, only to your VO is sufficient.

After file transfer CIO NS has no role.

Yes, I found the same, karen1389. I used that link to do the payment. Here is the link;

They gave the wrong URL to us, when sending email for documents request. I mentioned about this error to my visa officer and she acknowledged that we can do the payment through that most up-to-date URL. Credit card is acceptable through that page.

This is good. At least it is confirmed now that Warsaw takes online payments. London is ambiguous as usual. No mention of online payment here:

You will need to be in Canada for at least 3 to 4 months before you are covered under insurance. Plan accordingly. Deliver the baby in Canada and save yourself with the worry of re-filing and other mess with Local Visa Office.

Don't be frustrated and keep the spirit high .. you will hear from them soon .., I received my PER in August 2013, since then, there is no further communication!

As far as I know, all FSW2013 should be processed before the beginning of the new "Express Entry" in January 2015. Immigration is a long process, we are lucky that we did not apply in 2011 or before .. it was taking them 2-3 years on average

Enjoy your waiting and always .. have a plan B!
