Hi everyone.

Quick question. I received request for personal history and address history by CEM. However, no forms were attached in the email as to the format to be used for the personal history and address history.

What form should i used? Should i use the schedule A (Background / Declaration) IMM5669? or use my own format?

Your input is highly appreciated.

Thank you in advance.

UPDATE: "DECISION MADE" today (Weekend)-No PPR Yet...fingers crossed :O waiting for Tuesday with my heart beating fast enough to kill me :(

Congrats

:D

Was luckly to stumble at this forum. What an wonderful experience ...now the real journey starts ....

Nope no limit, just two photographs of all the jewelry and an idea of its value. Now dont go taking an entire store, then they may think it is for commercial purposes and that attracts duties! ;)

And also any airport Securities has any problems?? I m heading via Delhi. !!

Use the actual Schedule A form, send them an updated one and be sure to not leave anything out, do everything from the age of 18!!!!!!!!

Happy Waiting :)

There is no need to panic. Has the third line of 'medical received' appeared on your ecas?
My visa office is also CPP-O. And I got PPR in the middle of the night (11pm Canada time). Check your junk/spam mail. But am sure you will get PPR on or before Wednesday.

Cheers

Hi Kumar/seniors,

I found your case for remedical. can you please guide me on few points as I am in same boat as you were.

how did you come to know about your furtherance test , doctor called you or email from NDVO?

I have complete my medicals and few days back I have got call from doctor about further test - sputum test. i have also got timeline to submit MR, RPRF, PCC and Passports, can you please suggest what to do in this situation as further test results take time minimum 2 months, meanwhile deadline to submit requested documents as mentioned above lies in next month? so should i submit MR,RPRF, PCC and passports or should i send an email to VO mentioning situation?

please help me on this situation, thank you in advance for all your help,

if test goes all right, then approx how much time to get DM and stamped passports?

Kindly awaiting for your help........

Regards,
You can be informed by doctor also, but will be receiving a letter from your visa office also. The letter will also be mentioning new timelines to submit your remedical test. So, don't worry about timelines for your medical but do sent your passport before the timeline.
