Can you please send me your phone no. so that I can discuss with you regarding the physical verification done by ndvo.I too had a telephonic verification call in the month of feb.After that I was sent a fairness letter to explain their concerns regarding my employment.Now I think either they will call me for the interview or will come for the physical verification. Need an urgent help.

I Got Medical request and Passport Request on 15th April, and latest date to submit it by June 4th. I have below queries,

1. i am currently in United states for my company work and expect to be here till October 2014, how should i do with submitting of my passport to NDVO? Can i send my passport to someone? ( my plan is to send my wife and daughter back to India with my passport and once stamp is done they will send it with some to me in USA? is it legal to send passport? and NDVO may ask question if my passport does not have the US exit stamp and India entry stamp?
2. Also is it possible to do medical test in USA and send it to NDVO?
3. Also since i am here for last 5 months and by may 16, it will be 6 months do i need to get PCC from USA, they did not ask about PCC as of now, and NDVO do not know i am in USA.
4. Can i ask NDVO to delay my file till October 2014, when i go back to India?

Kindly reply me on each above point.

I have received MR, personal history update, PCC and RPRF email from CEM.

This is so overwhelming.

I would say relax , because my processing also got delayed firstly for addition of my new born and i got my medical request almost after 2 months than expected. Then next , they asked for my wife US PCC , i couldn't submitted on time as it got rejected twice due to low quality fingerprint and now I'm hanging and wating for DM from last 2.5 months .

Its been 3 weeks I sent the FBI PCC but no update from NDVO , however RFPE DD was encashed long time back on mid - March.

Wating sucks.

Yes MLT. i have sent CSE on 26th Feb for how to add new born child in my application and what documents required. I got replied on 8th March and as per their email i have submitted required docs and processing fees for child INR 8850/- on 8th April. Due to change in my family composite my MR, PPR and RPRF delayed or there should be some other reason.

Dear shailp, you are in the same boat as of mine.

1. you can send your passport to India (but not by post) write a authorization letter which allow any person traveling to India to carry your passport and get it notarized from bank. But NDVO will not return your passport to your foreign address so you should give them your India address where they can send your passport. I did the same thing, sent my passport to my wife (who is still in India). We are into the third week after sending passport to NDVO and have no response from them.
2. Yes you can do medicals from any panel physician in USA which are given on CIC website. I have done my medicals from US which is expensive though, $395.
3. I suggest you do FBI clearance since NDVO going to ask for it.
4. and do not ask them to delay your application since it will convey wrong impression of your intensions to migrate to Canada.
