First communication shall be PER from CIC then your file will be transferred to CPP-O for further processing till issuance of Visa.

Thanks for the info. Any idea how long it takes to get your PER and then AOR on your application these days? I heard it's around 4-6 weeks for PER and 6-8 weeks for AOR. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

With all due respect check the spread sheet.. everyone has a different timeline.. there is no fixed deadline or time line to process.. the spread sheet will give u a better idea on VO and NOC process timings.
