@ harkirat

Thanks bro for answering my question.
I can see my status now, there was some issue while login in.
My application is in process now. They started processing it on feb 24.
Just 2 months back lol. So I think its too early to think about MR.
As per spread sheet, or other threads average time seems around 6months.
Correct me if I am wrong.
My NOC is 2243 and VO is New Delhi.

Congrats Nishtal.

Yes send CSE and mention the pregnancy and due date and ask for expedited processing BUT if possible also visit the VO with relevant documents (doctors certificate) and make request in person.

I was thinking to raise a CSE with NDVO....my wife is pregnant and her due date 12th june....as per doctor and airlines rules she can fly till 12th may...will it be right to mention this in my CSE...may write NDVO............ that I want to fly before 12th may so that we can have the delivery of our baby in Canada, so please issue me visa before 12th may and if it is not possible to issue me visa before 12th may please hold my visa till the delivery of my child, so that i can add my child to our application before NDVO issue the visa.........
Please suggest......I am really worried now.....please help........

Hello Everyone,
Congratulations to everyone who got their PR or atleast PR approved. I'm new to this thread and need some help. I've recently applied for my FSW PR and my PR documents reached Sydney Nova Scotia on April 3rd. What is the first communication we receive on our application? Is it PER or AOR? Also how long does it take to receive PER and AOR?
Also does it depend on Visa Office? I've given my visa office on Ottawa as I'm in Canada right now (Calgary).

Thanks in advance and hope someone can help me with this info!!

First communication shall be PER from CIC then your file will be transferred to CPP-O for further processing till issuance of Visa.

Congrats Roman85deep, hirvish, rromo4ka and all others who have received good news :)

Hi I am working in Gulf but applied through an agent in Canada. And they applied my paperwork but it was applied through New Dehli. (Long story short)

I was asked to undergo medicals and submit the passport before end of feb, however since I was working in Gulf, i couldn't submit my passport and the agent sent a letter to New Dehli stating the passport cant be submitted at this moment, as of now the status of my application is

We received your application for permanent residence on May 28, 2013.

We started processing your application on January 6, 2014.

Medical results have been received...

Any idea how long more???

The wait seems to never get over

Dear Law,

I am also working in Gulf (Qatar) I have sent my passport through my friend and reached India by next day. from there my family members collected my passport and sent to Embassy through speed post reached NDVO after 3 days. and within 10 days time I got DM and after 1 week of DM I have received my passport back today. So, don't delay your deadlines submit it as soon as possible. I would like to suggest you to take risk because sometime to avoid risk you have to take risk.
Rest is ur decision...

Regards,
Ramandeep

I have a question, the medicals are asked for the aplicant only, or they ask also for the family members??

:D :D :D :D :D

Medical is for PA (principal applicant) + all dependants listed with you on the application whether they are accompanying you to Canada or not.
