Hello all,
Today I have completed landing process from India to Canada (Toronto Pearson airport). I have been in Canada before, so I didnt face much questions. First entered to visitors immigration lane, then they checked COPR and Visa in passport. Then they sent me to Immigriation section inside where she took one copy of COPR and gave me another one with details on it. She told me that Ill get my PR card in a month or two. She asked general questions like how much money did you brought with you? any gifts.. just general questions. Then congratulations part and welcome part.

I'm also planning to go to canada in june
i'm confused that should i take the return ticket or one way
i have to come back in two months. Do they object to return ticket??

Secondly i have to go to Edmonton as my dest. city
But i'm getting flight through Toronto
My immigration will be cleared at Toronto or Edmonton??

Your Immigration will be cleared at Toronto Airport since it is the first Canadian port of entry which you shall encounter.

Dear Forum Mates,
We all had an excellent time talking to each other or exchanges views to have a common landing platform and towards a common goal... Successfull immigration to Canada

While many of us have got the result of their Pursuit to Happyness.. some are yet to get...
And while immigration is just one step to a desired life, for future, it is required that we stay connected.

I am planning landing in Alberta, who else in the same place.

Can we have a landing location tracker in place for the members @ Mod for members of the forum..

I was away from forum for last few days but happy to announce that got stamed passports on 03/04/14 got DM on 31/03/14....
So much is updated here but very happy to see that bhfsw2174 has got second line in ecas wishing you quick MR
