URGENT!!!! URGENT!!! Re-posting this again as did not get any response from anyone earlier

Guys, has anyone any experience or knowledge about how CIC handles cases where one of the family member(part of the application) was found to have active TB? Do they reject the application or wait till the treatment is over(approx 6-9 months)?

Whatever information you can share would be great. Thanks

I have got MR!! , RPRF , PP Request , And request for PCC too.

I do not have words How I should write my feelings.

1. Thank you for the advise.
2. I also agree with your comments, however the earlier you land the better. There are opportunities you can fit, but the same are not available if you do not have a residential status inland. I got opportunities in 2011 but as per residential status was not available could not proceed.
3. Earlier, but with a good plan one can start a happy life.

Guys plan well before your travel. Many people landing immediatley after visa...
First 3 month trying for specific jobs.. otherwise
after 6month trying for any Job to manage the monthly expenses..
which is very difficult situation.

We as the skilled people should get Job in our profession. Happy Life in Canada

NDVO is working with JetSpeed. Jan appl. received process started on 1st Apr'14. Great.

Sorry to post this in this thread as I'm a FSW2014 candidate...My PR application documents reached the Sydney Nova Scotia office yesterday. Also following are my details
Visa office - Ottawa (As I'm in Canada right now)
Category - FSW with Arranged Employment
Currently on a Post Grad open work permit

Have following questions for you guys
1) Any idea average time for Ottawa office for receiving PER and AOR after they receive the documents?
2) Also what do we receive earlier - PER or AOR?
3) Can we apply for Bridge work permit based on PER or have to wait for AOR?
4) Also I'm in Canada for last 2 years, so where do I need to get my Police Clearance Certificate from? Indian Embassy in Canada or directly from India...which is better and faster? And when do they ask for PCC?

PCC does not matter. It's Visa Expiry [Usually 1 year from Medicals] OR Expiry of Passport, which ever comes first will be considered.

I have done one mistake regarding address.

I have mentioned only my pin code and village name.

I forget to write my district and State name. I would like to ask it will delay delivery of my passport or it can reach on time without any difficulty.
I got DM on 31/03/2014 and I had sent my application through speed post.

Till now Medical received line is not updated in ecs. If anybody has similar experience please share

I received an email with 2 forms attached (Immigrant Summary form and Supplementary Information Form). I've been asked to fill and return these forms within 30 days.

I'm disturbed if only me got this form or if there's an issue with my application.

no issue with your application. they just want to know updated forms. i've and many others have been asked to do so. Do you have second line on your ecas?
