It sounds foolish to ask such a questions & cause you more anxiety, but still I will ask them so that you confirm that no stones are left unturned.
> Did you check your spam mail / Social or Promotions folder if you are using G-mail for any communication by NDVO
> Did you confirm that the hospital has uploaded the medical results / sent them by courier if they weren't E-enabled.
> Please read the MR request document from NDVO carefully & reconfirm that you have fully addressed all points raised by them in your cover letter.

You & the rest of guys in 2174 & 2147 seem to be put through the stress test.
I would like to suggest the following :
Have patience, watch a few comedy movies or get hooked on to Romedy now channel. Pray deeply, take a break from work & visit some hill stations / holy places & voila everything will fall in place. (The more you focus on what hasn't happened, the more frustrated you become)
