Congrats Bala, did u send any email to get ur PP back or it took normal time? Also did u submit PP thru VFS? If so did u pay extra for return thru Bluedart.

Extra money for BlueDart?
I don't know if anything changed in the recent past in VFS, but when applied it was a fee of Rs. 1,200/- for
2 of my passports
2 of my daughter's passports
and 1 of my wife's passport

VFS sends passports through BlueDart by default. The benefit of sending passports through VFS is as soon as you get DM, there is action on their tracking site https://www.visaservices.in/Canada-India-Tracking/TrackingParam.aspx

If you haven't got your passport/s back after 20 days of DM, my friend you have every reason to worry. Log a CSE https://dmp-portal.cic.gc.ca/cicemail/intro-eng.aspx?mission=new%20delhi immediately.

Friend(s) just relax. Nothing will change bcaz of your tension.

Sure you will get your visa. Its only time to check your patient. by having continous tension may spoil your BP.
I do agree that each stage is tensed and important. There are many Indians since their VO is LVO they didn't get much progress. Even May applicants are waiting... So see them then you will get that you are already apprised by GOD.

U r right....however we all have our own plans...own timelines...we are all keeping our patience....but along with that there is always that hopeful anticipation that "today" will b my day...

After you have sent ur PP and ur RPRF has been cashed...it just a waiting game....standard trend is 10 to 81 days...

for the medical just be cool....u ll have chest xray.... height ..weight measurement, and blood and urine tests for HIV/STD...standard examination by a physician including a basic eye examination....

I am staying in Bahrain and my home is at Vadodara, Gujarat. I havent yet got the passport in my hands as of now. Dispatch from NDVO would be some time on 19th or 20th March. It reached my vadodara home on 24th march.

I am looking for details related to Medicals (MR) for children below 5 years?
What tests are done for children?
My daughter is 3 and 1/2 years old. Will they do eye test and physically examine entire body?
She has eyesight in one eye. Will this be a problem?
Please give suggestions and advise for Medicals.
