sunflower84, from what we see so far, it may take anywhere between 10 to 50+ days to get DM from the time passports are received by NDVO. Wish you and babub a quick DM.

joe07, way to go!! We pray & wish that you don't have to wait too long for the MR. Thankfully, I also received the AOR email with attachment that was three pages long. At least no hiccup there.

Dear dips15,
You can send an e-mail to NDVO with the header contaning "urgent & important" along with your Appln / UCI #, explaining the situation. Make the request clear as to the effect of not having the passport back on time to go on short term offical work Etc..
You would also need to provide copies of the invitation letter and the letter from your superior recommending you to visit Germany so that you case is strong for NDVO to make an exception in your case to issue your PR visa on priority.
