i am too numb to do anything i was thinking to leave this job for sometime and my employer knew it all there were some issues in the family as well so i totally overlooked and may be too ignorant once i received meds i was so relaxed it did not strike me that anything like this could happen my noc 3142 and VO new delhi it seems to me that game over for me as they made to write my employer that she has done a favour by giving me the work experience letter they enquired like CBI OR FBI and literaally put words in my employers mouth and new assistant finished all for me GUYS HELP SENIORS HELP

I can only show sympathy to you and can't think of what to suggest..May be someone else can suggest...wish you luck.

Well, you should go for a legal help in this matter (Not Consultant's)...If you have a genuine experience and every document is real...you should put up a case against your employer and let Delhi VO know about it...You can clear it to them that they are doing so in order to put ur case in jeopardy.

There is only one way to go ahead with it...Seek legal help i.e. Lawyers who deals internationally as well as in India (they are tough to find-but you can always get references in High Court of Delhi or SC...It will be a costly affair though).

Where is your company located (Delhi or any other state ?)

My husband....I am the primary applicant and he is dependent...

Duh me! Sorry hookahbar.

I guess in this case you should provide the requested forms to them with a well written explanation for any information you don't have (like the Swedish ID etc.). Stress that he is a dependent applicant and that he does have a respectable educational background. Also, mention the circumstances in which the course could not be completed. If he has any plans to continue his education when you migrate to Canada, you can mention that as well.

if ur work experience is genuine then talk with them and ask with them why they did this to you. Get one letter that in the pressure they wrote or given such statement or letter or else put a case upon them and notify cic that do u jealousy they did it...

I need assistance in understanding...

When i applied Initially i was working for an MNC organisation...IN the Month of November i resigned from that organisation and joined a new one in the Month of February... I have a Offer letter from the new organisation...Now will there be any problem when CIC do a Background Check on the Organisation which i worked earlier....Because at the time of application i was an employee of the same office....I have raised an CSE last week asking for the status and also mentioned about the same and send them a copy of offer letter as well.

Is this the reason for delay in me getting the MR..

Because its been over a month that a second line has been added?

Please someone throw some light on this confusion...

That is unfortunate, kanishk17. I pray and hope that it is as not worst as you think. Still, I feel you should complete you meds, send the PP and RPRF. After sleeping over this incidence for a day or two, you may think upon a strategy to correspond with NDVO. Get clear facts about the interview from your colleagues. Bridging of that gap between your perception and the reality is necessary before you take the right action.

I think you did good by sending CSE to inform them about your job change. If possible send the copy of the offer letter to NDVO by courier with a cover letter to intimate them that you have resigned the job in November but joined a new one in February. Its better to mention what you were doing in between three months (like searching job etc.).
