Yes i send MY passports through VFS & difference of paid amout is INR 7000/-. Actually my consultant let me pay as per old rate of RPRF fee. but RPRF fee structure was already changed 3 months before. There was no any further requests by NDVO. now i am in great trouble....

check with VFS immediately and check your passport are dispatch or not if not then you can go by way i suggested and send change of Representative and NEW DD through VFS so that it will reach tomorrow.

bdw, amount diff. is huge ..NDVO wont accept it, but cant say anything about DM result. What I understand is that you have to act rapid on this.

Congratulations maverickneo! God is good all the time! Wish you all the best in a beautiful Canada soon. To God be the glory! :)

Dear lucky2263,
I think that the best course of action is to shoot off an e-mail to NDVO explaining the steps in a timeline order that resulted in such an short payment of fees.
In the same vein request them if it is OK to send a DD for the difference amount and concurrently rush to AXIS / ICICI and get a DD made.
Once you get the OK signal from NDVO, send the DD thro VFS.
This is all I can think of right now.

Best Regards,

Dear Friends,

Sorry for being away from the forum for a while. Its great to know that the forum has progressed well with lots of good news pouring in terms of MRs, RFPFs and DMs. Congrats to all those who reached the finish line with DMs. For friends like me who are in the process, may the Maple Leaf dream for them come true quickly.

I wanted to update my status that my file has been transferred to the LVO. I sent an inquiry to the CIO regarding my PCCs and they directed me to the LVO. No mention in the email reply as to when was the file transferred to the LVO. My application was received by CIO on 14th May, 2013. Can the administrators please update the Excel record.

Many thanks.

Couple of things you should quickly do as suggested by others in the interest of time.

1. Check with your bank (from where you have taked DD), if the DD was encashed by NDVO
2. If DD is yet to be encashed, send a mail with details of new DD (full amount) and Courier tracking number
3. Else send a DD for differential amount and mail the details to NDVO

I know it's very frustating to see the consultants make mistakes and jeopardize our plans. But my friend, I think you could have done all these proactively when you realized the mistake.

Anyway, hope things would turn out in your favour!!

That's really disgusting of your consultant >:(. I could see that you were not really active on this forum otherwise this forum would have saved you in doing such a blunder (Not at all your fault). Now "Decision Made" before en cashing of RPRF DD doesn't appears to be a good sign. VO should have intimated your consultant to send the additional DD of the left amount. Kindly coordinate with your consultant asap and action accordingly. I really wish that you get your decision positive.

Dear seniors,

After long time i am back in this forum... I had done my medical & Paid my RPRF fee. Due to mistake of my consultant i have paid less amount of my RPRF fee then as per required. Today there was 4th line of "Decision Made". I did inquiry to bank where i made my DD. They says cash hasn't been received yet by concerned offices but in application status there is Decision made.. Is that means my application for PR is being rejected?? Do any other applicants have such experience....still i haven't received my passport back..and there is no any such mail from CIC or LVO regarding rejection of application..........please u guys guidance is requested....i am really in problem...please share ur experience.
