better in INR make DD in favor of receiver general for canada

Yes you can say that as compared to other Visa Offices..and even better than last i filled in 2006.
It has always been a test of paitience and will to get through the process that makes me keep going.

moving is still a dream.. to be realized ;)

No, no confirmation regarding the Decision from CHC. If u submitted ur PP at VFS , they will sent u SMS that ur PP's are released by CHC.
