So today i got my file back, with the reason, lack of reference letters in the required format....

My consultant screwed me... but learnt a valuable lesson... Self help is the best help...

Anyways, all the best to my fellow mates, see you in canada in 2015...

Sorry to hear that, Bhaumick. I was hoping that the effort you took in sending the revised letters would yield a positive result. I pray that they open FSW2014 this year. And yes, we will surely hear meet in Canada soon. Good luck.

Its Decision Made on March 05th 2014, my sons' birthday.

I checked it en-route from Shirdi to Hyderabad, yesterday. My joy knew no bounds, but restricted myself to show my excitement in the bus which we were traveling.

Congratulations to all who got their MR/DM. And praying for all to get their MR especially to bhFSW2174 and also to get their DM very soon....

Dear member, i applied through an ICCRC registered consultant. And, i regret it. My suggestion to you is to apply yourself. It will be difficult at first, but you will save a ton of money and you will also be in control of your application. you will learn many things and will be able to make any changes necessary in the application. we are here to guide you. just be sure to do your research on the CIC site first. Rest assured you will make to though. Also keep your eyes peeled for the FSW2014 news. There is no official declaration by CIC regarding the status of this program. hope it opens next year and people like you and me will get a good shot before the EOI screws our understanding of the Canadian Visa process...

Can i show my property ??? Otherwise i will hv to borrow sm amount frm smone .... So wd it b a legal way ??

Could anyone advise me if it okay to send PCCs' to LVO eventhough I didn't received any mail asking for it? Do it need to translate the PCC in SAUDI to english? I was just thinking because it was in arabic, but there was a little portion there which was written "No Criminal Records". I think that would suffice the translation?

You had sent PCC from saudi before right? Did you translate it? If so where did you translate? If you notice in the Saudi PCC that there is a portion there stamped in ENGLISH " NO CRIMINAL RECORDS";would that suffice the translation?

hey guys,

Its been more than a month since i sent my FSW1 application for NOC 2146 (Visa office: NDVO) but my CC has yet not been charged. In the FSW timeline spreadsheet, I see people who applied after me have gotten their CC charged.

At this point, I am very nervous and feel restless, not sure if CIC found issues with my FSW forms and if my application is on its way back to me.

Is their a way to contact CIC regarding this and find out what is up with my application? :'(

Any clarification on this, highly appreciated. Thanks a bunch

Just send LVO CSE telling them that your PCC is ready and asking for their permission to send it. Then they will reply you to send it by post/courier.

PCC is required to be translated from Arabic to English. There are lot of certified translators in Saudi who provide this service by charging SRs 30/-

You cannot show property as proof of funds.

You can show current bank statement,fixed deposits, post office savings, surrender value of insurance savings,and if you want to borrow from someone dont show statement show one day balance certificate
