then also it is ok?n should attach the email copy requesting mr,pp,fees n photos?

Yes...it is still okay to send them separately.
Please include the email copy requesting the pics.
And explain clearly and precisely in your cover letter.

Do we need to send updated form also...I wanted to raise CSE for job change although i am waiting for my DM attaching job relaed documents.

Congratulations on your achievement so far. I don't think it is necessary to inform them of your job change at this time.

lids2154,

I think, you have to send originals this time. If you analyze their email, it says Experience Letter/Relieving Letter which means they have recieved your update. VO may want to make sure that you really resigned one month ago and you job experience for last few years is not fake.

but i have already sent those docs.
do they require originals?

I would love to agree with you... but the issue is I have informed my new employer of the passport submission to my employer...and more than a month has alread passed in my new job...so the person who referred me and also the supervisor and ultimately me are getting little pressurised to know the outcome at the earliest. So it occurred to me if it could have been delayed because of not informing of the job change earlier and wanted to update now, or may be it gives a kick to my applicaion for faster processing.

I agree with hila01.... there is no need for you to update the VO about your job change at this stage...
think about it....they wudnt know that you have changed a job after you submitted your application and they started processing it....an hence it cannot and will not affect your DM... I have the same scenario and my consultant (representative) advised me not to....my representative is one of the best in canada....also as pointd out in an earlier post...background checks (if happen) is completed before your MR...and only security checks are initiated upon/after PPR..

as far as I am concerned...it wud only unnecessarily complicate ur case if you inform of your job change...
rest is upto you...

edvrfn,

If I would be at your place, I would have informed visa office upon my job change. You never know, visa officer may decide to check your current employment at the last moment and if he/she comes to know that you have resigned few weeks/months ago, it may complicate your case.
