
 1. Work Experience/Relieving letter.
 2. Job Description letter.
 3. Last 3 months Salary slips.
 4. Last 3 years FORM-16.
This must be received at this office by: 04/18/2014

(Date format is MM/DD/YYYY)


Failure to submit them within that time period could result in the refusal of your application. Please quote our complete file number on your correspondence and address your correspondence to the High Commission at the address indicated below.

Do they need all the originals???

I submitted all these documents while sending the initial application. These were notarized copies.
I have also put last 2 yrs Bank statement highlighting the Salary credits with an Highlighter. (Original)

Hi raghav,
even i submitted the documents with my app.
last month i left my job and i had sent a CSE to NDVO inquiring what all docs need to be submitted.
the content(docs requested) what are mentioned in this mail is just the copy paste of what i had sent them.
I has sent all my updated docs which are mentioned in their mail to NDVO and the same were delivered on 20th.
Is this mail from NDVO just a reply on my CSE as to which docs i need to submit?
or do i need to send all these docs again?

I used the blue dart express courier option and the packet already reached them yesterday .

Hi Lak

You should send your passports by Blue Dart instead of Speed Post. They have an Express option... use it .......it shall be little pricey but its better since you would want the passports to stay in transit for as little time as possible.

I sent passports for self and spouse in one packet. I declared to them that I am sending it to the embassy in New Delhi. They did not object to that. And if you see the medical request letter, we are supposed to send them the passports, copy of medical request letter and a self addressed envelope (for their convenience to send it back) in one single packet. Try some other blue dart office......I think the ones you are talking to are trying to rip you off !!

The Embassy would send your passports back to you via Registered AD using the self addressed envelope you would provide.
