Computer engineers require a bachelor's degree in computer engineering, electrical or electronics engineering, engineering physics or computer science.

A master's or doctoral degree in a related engineering discipline may be required.

Licensing by a provincial or territorial association of professional engineers is required to approve engineering drawings and reports and to practise as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.).

Engineers are eligible for registration following graduation from an accredited educational program, three or four years of supervised work experience in engineering and passing a professional practice examination.

Additional information

Supervisory and senior positions in this unit group require experience.
Engineers often work in a multidisciplinary environment and acquire knowledge and skills through work experience that may allow them to practise in associated areas of science, engineering, sales, marketing or management.

Need your urgent advice my cousin is going apply for FSW but he received ECA which shows Bachelor of Arts is Recognized institute but Diploma in Lab is from non recognized institute but equivalency is two years post secondary in non recognized.

Is he eligible to apply for Lab Tech with NOC 3212?

Even I have opted for 1st April, Bangalore. They replied that the venue will be given a week prior to the session.

We are talking about computer engineers, not structural, building or engineering drawing engineers.

Did anyone receive any form called Canadian High Commission IMMIGRANT SUMMARY FORM as part of the MR request email attachment. If yes, what should one answer in the SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION section Question 6 as a reason of not serving in any army or defense unit? I never served in any army .

If you never served in the army, there is no point giving any reason why you have not served in the army. Just put N/A- not applicable in that section(s) not relevant to you.

This forum is for helping each other to successfully get canadian PR. It is not objectionable to ask the same question again and again till we dont get satisfactory reply.

The date is incorrect. The ECAS status in the spread sheet should have been "We have received your application for PR on Feb 27, 2014".
