Hello everyone

kindly answer my some queries...I m new to this forum n preparing to apply this year.

1) what is the best time to send my application....?? as there has been (300 applications) CAP limit reached in my occupation,,according to the data given at cic website... What is your NOC ? ?

2) what they do with the applications, received after cap limit ??? They simply return your application intimating you that CAP limit is reached.

Congrats to all who have gotten good and great news :) Happy waiting all....I am expecting to see alot of landing stories come March and April so please stick around and share. :)

I have a querry to ask you. i hv noticed in spreadsheet the time period between fee encashment and PER is usually 15 to 20 days. but in my case it has been
nearly 45 days and no PER yet....i contacted cic on 0016139444000 and the executive took my mail id saying that she will mail me the email id of cic for further enquiry. i hv received a mail from her too....but very first line says plz dont reply to this mail. so i m confused should i mail them or not?...do they answer the mails?

Hi friends

We finished our medicals today. Pray that everything goes well from here.

There are 3 things I want to know

1. Can I send passports to NDVO through speed post??
2. Should I declare am sending passports if am sending through either speed post or courier??

3. Blue dart courier guys are saying they will send three passports ( self, husband and kid) as 3 different packets as they can accept only one passport in one tracking number? I was not sure if it was safe becoz what if all 3 reach in different dates and what if they cannot match it in the same file.

Has anybody else faced this kind of answer from any courier

Apart from vfs which other courier is safe to send passsprts from Chennai to Delhi??

Kindly let me know at the earliest as am sending all docs tomorrow

Thanks
Laksmisesh

Dear Respected London LVO Applicants,
Who should show up for the interview? The principal applicant with all family members or only the principal applicants?

By the grace of Almighty..

Received the passports....

Visa Issued - 18 Feb, 2014
Date of Expiry - 03 jan, 2015 ( Exactly one year from the date of "Medical recieved" update on ECAS )

<----------------For the timelines.... please see my profile on the left.....

HELLO FRNDS,

2nd line is added on my ECAS
We started processing your application on February 24, 2014. Is this positive , if yes how much time will NDVO take to send MR.

Those of us invited to interview so far have been asked only for the principal applicant to attend.

I suppose it is possible they could ask for other members of the family, but they don't appear to have done so for FSW2013 applicants.

Hi atipra, pray that you get it soon.

Do you have your UCI?

I would suggest calling CIC once again. When you talk to the agent, just mention that the fee has already been encashed and you would kindly like to know your UCI so you can check the application status on ECAS. Some agents prefer not to give UCI. So if you are not lucky in the first instance, try again later and you may be able to talk to a more cooperative agent. Once you get your UCI you may be able to check app status on ECAS online at least. If ECAS shows your status in process, you can be certain that your PER is on the way (so far we did not have any NER case after fee encashment).

Simultaneously, you can send an email to cio-sydney-search-enquiry@cic.gc.ca to raise the concern and request for status update.

It all started on May 04, 2013, 10:22:35 pm when it was written on this forum.....

So May 4th is finally here, the much anticipated date. Yet many of us are still quite busy filling out forms, gathering documents and awaiting reports for ECA's ...... and then the story begin......
