I have decided to share my experience in the course of my application which is still hanging in the balance but which I'm hoping to get back on in a matter of weeks.

Dear kollins,

Please be patient It's only a month and a half since you've filed your application. Normally, people give you replies based upon experiences and no one exactly know how CIC or visa offices work. Don't compare your application with others. I've got my PER after more than 60 days. So i would suggest you to stay cool and you will soon hear something good from CIC. Moreover, i have read carefully what you've stated. There is nothing wrong with your application. You are OK

same is the case with me.

i think you can relax a bit as LVO is a different ball game compared to NDVO... NDVO i think has cleared almost 80-90% of the MRs for FSW2013 already... so thats whats worrying me blind :-\ :-\ :-\

I think they will shower MR rain very soon..theae days they r juat busy in clearing prior files

Same advice from rawdah...ILoveAb and Islandbabe!.....Thanks and I appreciate.....its encouraging.I just decided to share my experience for others to learn....and also just incase I need to re-apply for possible advice.
Just concerned to know what could be wrong for the returned application.

You are sitting on PC to finding all these stuff. I am writing queries to ask about my 4-5 relatives. And you are sitting free to finding all these. You better do your job. Otherwise CHC will do your physical verification that what job actually you are doing the noc in which you applied or the noc in you find all these.
