Got answer from my enquiry 4 days back from London:

Your application is currently in a queue awaiting review and we will advise further when in apposition to do so. We do not required new passport copies at present.

Query please. I am looking forward to receive my PCC by God's grace, my question is, do I need to send to London even if i didn't receive any request from them about document update? Appreciate your reply.

Its clearly mentioned in email that if u dont receive medical forms within 48 hours, please inform us on the same email id from which they have sent u an email...

Also u can raise CSE through portal and attach the email u received without medical forms.In CSE, u can write "very urgent " on top of the message... And after doing all these, if nothing worked out, then U should hve to go personally to NDVO....
