Luqiis there anything unique in your background? Years spent overseas? military service? Maybe an issue that would arise on your Police clearance Certificate/ Record? I have known VO's to send out incorrect form letters.....I would send another enquiry and possibly order case notes. A six month background check does not seem the norm at all, so I understand your concern.

i havent travelled outside my home country. PCC is clear. nothing as such abnormal. still got such reply. seems strange.

Thanks for pointing that out.....it seems that it may very well be the same applicant but they applied for 2 different Noc codes. One application seems to have already commenced processing, hence CIC would have told him/her to select a Noc Code to move forward. I will send the user a PM for confirmation and then delete the relevant entry upon confirmation.

I received a AOR from NDVO Couple of days back, i have few questions here

1. i am out of India for last 3 months for my company work and expected to stay another year or so, do i need to update my address to CIC?

2. if i update my address then would it cause any delay to my application?

You must update your address to CIC via CSE

I am saying this because, when you submit your passport, they will be able to access your travel information and if you haven't updated them, it can have a negative impact.

Dear All Forum Members,

As you all know that my file has been returned due to TWO NOC Code mention on economic form, This all because of my consultant (Y-Axis India.) who informed me to put TWO NOC Code in section 12.a, we are supposed to mention only one code there. Now cheater y-axis is saying that they did not guide to write two code, they are literally lying because they don't want to refund my money which i paid to them.They are now refusing to pay back me. so request all members that we should be very careful for selecting the consultant or we can do it own also, its not very difficult process. i should not have gone to consultant as they all are there for cheating people. I Just wanted to share, so that members can share this to their friends, relatives.

Did you reapplied after the rejection? Your previous NOC was 2132. You applied under 2243, which you said last time you have experience?

Yes, i did apply in 2243 Code. and this time i got PER and AOR also.
