Looks like my file is being used for quality and training purpose... may be the VO is using it to show the trainees "mistakes to avoid while applying for PR"... Dont know but its been a month since they started working on our file... thank god i typed my application and not handwrite it...would have taken much longer then!!!

In ecase there should be status saying

PLEASE HOLD YOUR FILE HAS BEEN KEPT FOR QUALITY ANDTRAINING PURPOSE.
