SAP_BW, nikjuneja, bhFSW2174 and other NDVO fellows waiting for MR,

I think, there might be one more reason for you guys other than complexity of application & BGC results awaits, that could be to control the stamping of visas for only few NOCs but to distribute it evenly across maximum possible NOCs. Imagine if they stamp viasas with regards to application date only, then they would flood the Canaidan market with NOC 0211, 1112, 2147 and 2174 because these NOCs were filled very quickly. Considering big territory of Canada, my thought may be considered invalid but still, it seems that there is some kind of control.

I wish everyone a quick MR, PPR and eventually PR.

yes Freddy is Right.
I wanted to use it last month but notices that this law is only for residents in Canada or Canadians.

"To be eligible to make a request under the Access to Information Act or the Privacy Act, you must be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident of Canada or an individual or corporation currently present in Canada."

That sounds plausible, (and even acceptable) as long as they give us MR one day.
