Its been long back since I visited this page. Just wanted to update you guys that I am in Canada now. Had landed in Nov 2013 but fully moved from usa to canada now.

Any guys from the group already here..I am in Toronto and would love to see someone of you.

Can someone please advise on how old a reference letter should be? I have one from my previous employer and it is dated August 15, 2013. I am thinking of applying in the end of this month under FSW-AEO. Should the reference letter not be more than 6 months old at the time of application or does it not matter?

Universally a reference letter should not be more than 6 months old. So it is a bit old now. If the company has shut down, then you have no choice but to use it. If the business is still in operation then please attempt to get a new reference letter. (My Opinion)
