Please reply!!!Urgent

Hi Vancouver14

I think you should

1. Send an inquiry to CHC with "URGENT - Principal Applicant's Medical Form Missing in the MR Email - Please Help" words in the subject or similar to that effect. Provide all the important details and explain the situation, ask for guidance on the further course of action. I am hopeful that you will get immediately - Monday/ Tuesday.
2. You can take the appointment at the medical center and talk to the doctor himself to check if he pull out your both the medical forms through the system. That could be your back-up.

Until the time you go for the appointment lets pray that you get the forms. If not then hopefully your Doctor shall be able to.

Hello Everyone, I have received Medical Request from NDVO. Also Congratulations to the rest of members for receiving the same. Though I have following doubts if some can help me with that.
1. CIC have asked for all the documents together i.e. Medicals, RPRF, PC & PP. Shouldn't it be like first they ask for Medicals then if medicals are clear then they will ask for passport and fees?

2. For police clearance from New Zealand they have asked me to provide police clearance certificate from New Zealand. But as per the information given on their website I need to provide them the "Consent to Disclosure of Information (NZ) form" which we already gave them long time back. Below is the link from CIC website.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/asia-pacific/new-zealand.asp

3. Last but not the least I am in USA on HIB but my wife and Kid are in India. How do I send my passport from USA to India for stamping. I don't know whether sending PP by courier is a right way.

Any help is highly appreciated.

Congrats Stark :)

CHC may ask for MR, PCC< RPRF and PP altogether. Its not uncommon; many of our forum-mates have gotten t that way. You may have to submit the NZ PCC again, if they have asked. You are right, you may not be able to send the passport via courier across the border. You may raise a query to CIC (the link is in the AOR email) and check for their reply. Senior members can throw more light on the last point as many have encountered that problem. Good luck with the rest of the process.

Hi islandbabe, I know there are lot of discussions happened over sending passport to NDVO from outside of the country. But I can't locate a page where a final conclusion been made on which is the right way to do that. Can you please direct me to any specific page urgently since NDVO has given me a very less time to do all these stuff.

Send your PP through someone traveliing to India from USA with CIC letters/PPR and authorisation letter. Further your PP can be couriered to NDVO along with your wife's and kid's PP by Bluedart.

Once you receive PP with stamped visa, bring it to US with someone travelling from India to US with authorisation letter.

Hi All,

I am back after almost 2 months, I was buzy sorting my issues of sending Passport to CPPO. Finally I got my passport stamped yesterday.

Here is my story:

I'm 13th May applicant from India and applied under 2174 category, but unlike others in India I got my medicals, PCC request from CPPO and later even the Passport request from CPPO. Here, I was in trouble, cos its illegal to send Indian passports outside country via courier. I sent email to CPPO explaining the situation and requesting to allow getting passport stamped at CHC India. Unfortunately I sent email to a wrong email address, there was a small hyphen mistake. I realized it after 2 weeks, then again I sent email, but this time on correct email as I got auto reply that they usually send just to confirm that email has been received.

I did not got any reply on for next 20 days. Till that time I was calling New Delhi visa office, CHC India, CIC but the only reply that I got was, "send email to CPP-O and they will reply back". I always had another option of sending passport with someone close travelling to Canada. Luckily some days later, one of my friend was travelling to Ottawa and I gave my passport to him along with an authorization letter stating that I am authorizing my friend to carry my passport to\from Canada for Visa stamping. Also I sent " Use of Representative form"at cic-telecentre-contact-rep @ cic.gc.ca mentioning my friend as my representative and the local address where I want to receive my passport back after stamping. Yesterday I got my Visa stamped at my friend's residence. Few weeks later, another friend is coming back to India and he will be getting my passport.

So, people who are in similar situation have the option of sending passport to CPPO through someone close travelling. But before that send email to CPPO asking to get Visa stamped at CHC India. I was unlucky in this regard, but many ppl got reply after 2-3 weeks and they got their Visa stamped in India.

Hope this might be useful for some one.

All the best to rest of the guys waiting for next step.

Thanks for the reply rawdah, is there any specific format for the authorization letter? does it need to be notarized and/or should be on a stamp paper?

Check my post

http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/fsw-2013-applicants-timeline-lets-network-here-t146774.56160.html

living in any country without passport is not advisable. check with indian embassy in uk , tell them you want to send passport at chc new delhi via currier or friends/relatives,they will tell you fact.

internation currier wont accept you passport for delivery and thats the reason NDVO asked you indian address, what in case if chc keep your passport for long time or what if your friend or relative loss the passports..you will be in big trouble. you have to do Medical test in UK and come back to india once your Medical test report reach NDVO. go to NDVO personally and tell them that you want to return UK ,show them tickets they will stamp visa and deliver to ahmedabad in a week.

this is possible and one of my friend did the same process in 2011.
