With the blessings of my parents and God, I''ve recieved my passports back with VISA along with COPR.. Its been a tremendous journey.. I thank everyone on this forum for constant support and wishes.... Without you guys, it would have been almost impossible to achieve this...

From experience of other forum mem u can expect MR in about 10-15 days it can also be extended.
Yes there are chances of physical verification priorly back ground checks used to be rare but now it is so usual as there are many incidents of bgchecks reported by forum mem.
IF you are on leave they will ask HR ,reception, security or reporting manager whom reference you had provided and if your information is genuine they will confirm your job duties and duration of your work so dont worry mate.

Yes there are chances for bg checks after MR also as many reported incidences after MR.RPRF, and PP request just now they are in ahmedabad and doing bg checks

What is the best option?
Can I travel and work outside while my PR application is in process?
Do I need to transfer my visa office?
Can it effect visa outcome?

There is no problem in working for a new job overseas when your file is in process.

However, you should intimate NDVO about the change in job now....No need to change the visa office....

Now 6 members in this forum has got physical verification. Out of that only one member (CASV) got MR and PPR. Another member got physical verification after MR, and PPR...Rest of the others not updated yet. I will PM you the details of other members tonight...Just try to be present in your office until you get the visa stamped...
