We started processing your application on January 8, 2014.
Medical results have been received.
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

Its been like that for almost 2 weeks now and I got no emails or letters from CIC so far. no passport request no nothing
What does that mean ??

This is strange situation. DM before passport is NOT a good sign, I hope/wish it is some error. I would suggest you to write email to your visa office immediately.

Was your medical reports fine ? Is there any security concerns ?

I think u should send an email to check ur case,
DM before passport request is not always a bad sign , each VO has it's own rules ,

My previous employer is not providing roles and Responsibilities letter to me. He said " I am very sorry, we do not provide such letters"

I don't know what to do. I no need to get 3 employers letter. Everyone says the same story. U will be in big trouble.

Please help me on this

u can get the reference letters from your friends or immediate seniors in your previous company...

Do not worry each visa office has it's own rules, LVO send PR after MR , NDVO send PR with MR, etc....
U can send an email to them, already DM

Some applicant from CPP-O got DM before PPR and then PPR and subsequently visa stamped.
