Hi,
I got letter to submit medical docs & passport to the canadaian Embassy before 28th of March. However, I am in Netherlands and will be back only on 31st of March.

Can i process my medicals and stamping in Netherlands? Can any one please guide me or provide pointers on this?

Regards,
Hari

Dear friends,
I need some urgent help here in terms of advice.

I applied in May-2013 through Abhinav consultants & the application reached CIC on 23rd May.
Till date have NOT received a Medical request.
Considering the statement in the AOR " If you have not received any instructions from this office 6 months after you submitted your full application, you are
requested to contact this office directly." I asked the consultant on 3rd Feb to raise a query to CIC enquiring the reason for the delay.
The consultant said yes over the phone but I didn't receive any information from him till date.
Today I sent an e-mail to the head of the organisation with the trailing e-mails of my communication with the consultant. His reply which is quite rude implies that " 6 months are not over yet as I received the AOR in Oct. So he shall not communicate with CIC until April "

<Request>
What does the term mean " If you have not received any instructions from this office 6 months after you submitted your full application, you are
requested to contact this office directly."
Is it 6 months from the date the application was accepted by CIC OR is it 6 months from the day the local VO sends us an acknowledgement OR is it 6 months from the day our Credit card charged / DD encashed.

Please reply ASAP as your reply will direct my next course of action :
a. Keep quiet until I hear from CIC
b. Send a letter to CIC discontinuing the use of a representative.

Thanks,

Hi Guys Im new in this just want to ask you we applied under NOC 2134 (Chemical Engineering) the application has been reached CIC on 24 Jan.
Today the CAP is reached already.
Do we have any chance or hope that we are between the 300.
>:( >:( >:( >:( >:( :-\ :-\ :-\

Sorry buddy, you are not in the CAP. the last CC charge on the global spreadsheet applied on 13th January 2014 so you deduce that 24th Jan is a little late.
Anyway all the best for the future.

Hi SNRAO,

My view is that the 6 months is from when the VO received your application. In this case I would wait till April for the consultant to contact the VO and and besides you have paid them with your hard earned money so let them work for it.

I wish you all the best
