Below is the matter from PDF received via CHC today:

This refers to your application for admission to Canada.
In order for us to continue the processing of your application, we require the following:
- Medical: Complete or provide proof of completion of the Immigration medical examination This must be received at this office by: xx/xx/2014
- RPRF: Pay the Right of Permanent Residence fee This must be received at this office by: xx/xx/2014
- Passport/Travel Document: Valid passport or travel document This must be received at this office by: xx/xx/2014

In this they are have not written anywhere that the RPRF/Medical/PP is to be submitted for spouse or dependent applicant too? whereas in the format shared by few of the forum mates before do have this documented. Is this content correct?

@rallabandi, there is no specific format for property evaluation that is in circulation. When I did my property evaluation, the evaluator provided a cover letter with its current market value. Attached with it is an annexure with info such as property measurements, description, amenities, photos etc.

Aman, You will be receiing different MR forms/PDF for each member you have applied for.
For PP & RPRF payment this form is enough for all members, no other additional request will come.

I have great regret for Sameer_patel(uksp3142) and manish_bissoya who were out of cap just becaz of few days, please dont give up and fight for 2014.certainly we will meet there sometimes.

I will not be much active on forum,Im not mean but busy schedule ,sorry!, also, I have news to share here..I will get job transfer to canada, I was planning to put resignation! its cancel now,anyone having experience in embedded system programing or VC++ (SDK,MFC) please be in touch. I will check once I start work in canada ... if there is any position , I will share HR email id directly to you guys.
