No one in my company's will entertain such verification if it happens
And oour HR is new she might not even rememeber name of each employee as there are about 300 people

They will never allow to visit the dept. and see the procedures

well, Thank you in advance but still we haven't got any information about our visa. If we got any information i would be very happy to share this information ? Just checked the eca status and its still says IN PROCESS.

Well friend, I have copy of the sheets then(when i checked earlier in morning) and now, and its not showing as DM now like it was showing for earlier, but 2013aspirant still has a yellow line...
Well anyways happy waiting.. ;D ;D

Firstly I got a call from a mobile, a lady told me that she is calling frm Embassy, then with in 10 seconds 2 another one lady(Indian) & a guy (Foriegner) entered into my premises........They told me to carry on mobile until they will not ask........She start asking me about my job duties, designation of employees, my working timings, my lunch timings, name of every employee, where actually the factory situated..............Mean time other two intrude my staff to gather info about me.........then after 13 min of talk......she also entered my premises....Then, guy started to ask question from my job duties certificate which he was having..........He asked me to give some demonstration of machines then asked me the whole manufacturing process in the plant..........He also took almost 15 min.........they recorded my conversation in both time, while talking on mobile & also with camera and also he made video of the whole plant..............At the end I believe they were satisfied bcoz I was asking them to see some documentry proof of mine........but they refused to see......& told me that your work is good & need responsility so carry on!

Dear All forum Mates,

Yesterday I got a physical verification at my premises. they did it for atleast 30 min. I hav not got my Mr yet. But now the game begins from NDVO.........They also did physical verification of Amit Khera 2132 July-10 applicant, & it is happened after MR,PPR,RPRF. He got MR on 14-Jan, but on dated 06-Feb they went to his premises.................Now we are totally confused why they did this verification after MR,PPR,RPRF................... Hope this info work for you guys......& if possible kindly be in your office till getting Visa, Bcoz they are unperdictable......................I salute the way they do physical verification..............
