Really sad to know your case. I think, either your agent is ignorant or he/she lied to you to make money out of your pocket; otherwise he/she should have clear idea at the time of sending your application that there is no chance for this NOC.

Your whole package will be back along with the application fee & a letter explanaining why package has been returned. You should ask about this letter from your agent so that you can demand agent fee back from your agent based on this letter.

Very sad + angry to read how you've been conned by your agent... if you live around delhi and go to his office... let me know... i will be happy to join you and demand answers while throwing facts on his lying face. (i think i will carry my baseball bat too!! )

I really think we need to start a new thread where we should name and shame such greedy agents or so called "consultants". dont know how they sleep at night while blatantly scamming people.

PS: We do have some Samaritans like attorney David Cohen who have helped create this forum where people can help each other. Sincere thanks to them where newbies like me can interact and thus file application ourselves.

Hey Guys....

For second time I am asking question on this forum pls reply
I got per on 23/12 and AOR on 18/01/14 still ecas is not able to identify me

It says "Pls enter valid date of birth" what should I do????

Dear Member,

I don't think there will be any problem on CIC server end.
Generally, what happens is while fetching the data SQL query gets fired with the parameters you submitted.
Certainly, parameters should match the data stored on database or else query returns the result NULL
So, please check the following solution

1. Please input the last name as you entered on your application while filling up the form.
For eg. if your last is one word or two word enter exactly as you entered on your application form viz ABC or ABC XYZ respectively.
As data are captured through Bar Codes so no mistakes will be there in spelling the words. Remain rest assured.

2. Please input the date of Birth exactly that you filled on your application form. Double check this as sometime we may get confused with MM/DD/YYYY and DD/MM/YYYY for the dates like 02/03/1984 and 03/02/1984 respectively.

Hi Raghav - I am actually part of FSW backlog program prior to 2008. They cancelled my FSW application and put me under Ontario PNP early last year. They refunded my FSW application fee of $550. So, I applied under PNP as they told me and now reached DM on 31st. Since, I saw huzcan's post and it was matching with my DM time, so asked.
