Which NOC did you apply?

Hello All,

I need some help and guidance.

I have submitted my immigration papers under the May 2013 FSW via an agent. My papers reached the CIC office in Sydney Nova Scotia on 25 July 2013. I got a Fedex tracking number whohc shows the document has been received by CIC. Till now there is no news at all. My agent keeps telling me that i have to wait, as there is no way to check the status.

Can someone advise on my below two queries:

1. Will CIC not atleast send an acknowledgment letter confirming the receipt of my package?
2. Is there any way to check the status of my papers, accepted, incomplete....?

Appreciate any advise guidance that i can get.

Its been 55 days... :'(....
plz NDVO .... send more DM's.... .... we all are very hungry ....

its been 53 days and counting since i sent the PP .. still waiting on DM... :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( no update yet ...

Just did a little math all the people who received DM till date got it under 50 days after submitting the passport.

Maheshnep - 35 days
Huzcan - 18 day
Manonquest - 41 days
Sikco - 48 days

The above NOC was filled on 30th May, 2013. The last fees charged of this NOC was on 30th May, 2013 and applicant who had applied in June, are also out of race.
Your consultant is well aware about the same and he is hiding the same from you and most probably he had received back your package.

First of all thank you for all the members for their wonderful wishes and support throughout. I really relate to all the anxious moments of waiting for the final ECAS update "Decision Made" . Refreshing ecas every 2 mins as said by Javiya !!! I got my DM on 30th Jan but then i was keeping fingers crossed about what the decision could be and waiting for PP eagerly. Thats why i did not update the forum about the DM status before. But finally i got the PP back and its celebration time now ....

I wish all the forum members very best and hope their wait for DM, MR , PPR PER AOR all get over soon and everyone sails through smoothly.

Lastly perseverance is the key in this entire process!!

Also, wanted to know what courier service you had used to send your passports to NDVO: VFS or Blue Dart?
