But when I submitted on Sep 17th, the status on the website was around 212 and there were still around 80 left which filled later after 2 months I submitted.

Do you think that the website was not updated ..

Dear - Based on the application trends in your NOC, I doubt you would be able to make this year due to cap limitation. However, unless you get your package back or receive a no from CIC, your chances are on. Try to get an update for your application. Good Luck

My employers were not giving me those letters, stating come policy bull*censored word*... but i kept on peskering them, and finally two of them gave me those letters in january, but that was one month too late.. two of my past employers are still not budging...
The issue here is that if those letters were compulsary and my application got rejected bcoz of that, my consultant should have informed me of the consequences and importance of those letters. He should never have filed my application without them. Instead he made me relaxed, and assured me that the letters are not mandatory... Now that i have those letters in hand, which account for 6 years of my work experience, i feel my consultant was negligent and so i blew off my chance...

How many points do you need from your work experience to gain 67 points?
If it is only 1-2 years experience that you want to show, just send in a copy of your experience letters with a covering letter to CIC. Also mention the reason why the other letters have no job duties specified.

Once you post this letter one of the two things may happen:

1. They will not consider your additional letters
2. They will pin your additional documents to your file. I am sure that they are organised enough to locate your application package.

As you can see, you have nothing to loose if you do so.

Thank you for your kind words friends... i am still hanging on a thin rope of hope... i really wish all your blessings work... God bless all the members of this forum...

hang on to that thin rope tiger :) :) ... me too have spent quite a few sleepless nights thinking my application will come back when i realized that affidavit + explanation is a must if you dont send a birth certificate... then few days later found out place of birth was not the same in application and that on PP (inadvertent mistake ) ... then realized one of the reference letters did not have payscale mentioned... most people after sending the application will find out about things they could have done a lot better... as long as your application is genuine and it falls in the cap... you are safe... so chill and wait for your PER... it will come... :)

Moscow just woke up! Received medicals and request for some additional documents! :D

Have mixed feelings and it is kind of dilemma for me now. :-\
I want to do medical examination ASAP, but need to lose some weight which takes time.
Cause I heard they do not take extra size, not standard, original, good, smart, hard working, loving, caring people like me, in Canada. Cause of economic crisis, food supply shortage, healthcare concerns or something like that. :o

What to do now? Should I stop eating from now on, join a gym, may be you can recommend some kind of wonder diet. I have only 60 days to take medical examination and to look like Appolon.

Many Congrats idima !!

Finally Moscow VO surprised u...

I was on a holiday trip outside my country and sorry for late wishing.. ;D

Congrats to all mates who have received good news.. :D

And yet no news from SGVO... ???

Now I understood the reason why Canadian government is so particular about the settlement fund.....
