I understand, the phase is full of tension since you are expecting something good with a fear something bad can happen? Relax have patience and keep following up your application with CIC. Until you get a no from them, your chances are on Good Luck.

Remember me, you will make it ! ! Its almighty who is always at your help and just believe on your decision. Taking advice is one thing and acting is another. What I suggest is take the advice from the experts but sometime experts are also wrong and hence at that point almighty will work for you because he can never be wrong

Written explanations are required if any required document is not available to be submitted with the application to CIC. I am sure your consultant didn't submit any written explanation to justify the unavailability of reference letters in CIC format because he understands that this is OK. But still, I think your case is not that much weak what you are considering at the moment. As you have submitted all available proofs, just pray that the VO can easily relate them to each job experience as they supposed to be. If VO becomes satisfied from the documents you submitted that you have really worked in the applied NOC, he will accept your case, I believe.

Do not lose hope......... I am sure you will make it......, you will be in CAP...,,,,
Reference letters are not only thing to prove your genuine employment....,,,,,
To prove our work experience...,,,,, Offer letter, Experience- relieving letter, payslips, appointment, PF slip( if available) , Medical insurance forms, Firm16/ ITRs any of above mentioned along with clear explanation if job description on a plane paper...,,,,,,,will do the job without job reference letters...,.,

So don't worry........ You done your part well buddy.....

But when I submitted on Sep 17th, the status on the website was around 212 and there were still around 80 left which filled later after 2 months I submitted.
