Their phone is perpetually out of order so walk in during the office hours mentioned on their website. Try to be first person is queue.

To whom you are referring here as employer some one from HR dept or the company landline no which are normally handles by reception (depends form company to company) or your reporting manager,if it is your reporting manager have you given his or her details in reference letter ?

Congratulations on having a new baby.

You have to send following forms & documents for the addition of new born in your application:

1. Updated Generic Application Form for Canada
2. Updated Addition Family Information Form for yourself & for your spouse
3. Copy of Passport of the new born
4. Copy of Birth Certificate of the new born
5. Updated Proof of Funds
6. Six Photos of the new born
7. DD of CAD 150 as a fee for the new born

Place all these documents under a cover letter and send to LVO. You can always send CSE to LVO to ask which forms & documents you should send to add a new born in your application.

Its been exactly 2 months today since my passports were received by the Embassy and nearly 9 months since application.

Most of us have our own personal reasons for having applied in first place for FSW program. Wish they could realize how personal and professional lives are impacted, the future altered, present affected, sacrifices made just waiting and waiting.....
