I have sent all my docs (MR Receipts, PCC, RPRF and Passports ) to NDVO on 25th Jan by Blue Dart, and the same are received at NDVO today at 9.30 am in the morning. Moderators, please update my info.

Now the final waiting for the passports with the visa stamping on it, starts.

CIC in their Twitter account (https://twitter.com/CitImmCanada) had posted "January 25, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm EST - Our online services will be unavailable." Looks like something went wrong as ECAS is down since then.
