Folks,

Trying to get my FSW1 packet together, please help me with the following questions:

1. Colored photocopies or black & white? (for the checklist items: passport, educational docs, etc.)
2. Print FSWP forms on bond paper or regular A4 size paper?
3. Is the New Delhi visa office to be mentioned in the Generic form "NDVO" or "New Delhi Visa Office or just say "New Delhi"? ???

Thanks a million

The email CIO‑Sydney‑Search‑Enquiry @ cic.gc.ca seems to be incorrect - am i missing out something ?

The email is almost correct. CIO‑Sydney‑Search‑Enquiry @ cic.gc.ca, Please replace the "‑" in the email address manually with "-". Then the email will work. See below...
"CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry @ cic.gc.ca"

Hello,

The PCC request letter mentioned the following text "Police Certificate: From each country/state where the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original police clearance certificate".

i am confused whether i have to get the PCC from all the different states wherein i lived for more than 6 months. I have a touring job and i have stayed in atleast 3 another states. And it is practically impossible to get the PCC from all of them.

I currently reside in Gurgaon for the last 3 years and i have applied PCC from the Passport Seva kendra in gurgaon. I expect to get it delivered shortly as all formalities are over.

should i be trying to get the PCC from other states as well or the latest one will do.

what can be the conclusion ?

You can get a job even without APEGA registration , If you prove that you are eligible to get it done......
Depends on employer........some are stubborn to get it done.......some see whether you are eligible to get it done or not.....

You can get it done once you land there.......

Besides, Professional affiliation always fetches when you look for a job in a foreign land..,.

Good luck....:)

One PCC is enough..........as it is nationwide valid...,.,.. Doesn't matter in how many places you resided...,, it can be cross checked online....... Once you are issued with PCC from one place...,:)

I will do a new one to be on the safer side. Besides the 8th Oct PCC is more than 3months old now and hence outdated.

Dear ILoveAB, thanks for your advice, I was also thinking to be on safer side. I will follow your advice and get a new one again.

However, 3 months old PCC being outdated is something which I heard is not absolutely true. I had sent one 8 months old PCC from other country with the application and they did not ask for that one now. So they kind of accepted 8 months old PCC there. Also, I had sent my wife's India PCC with Dec'13 letter as well. Her PCC was dated Nov'13 but they asked for her Indian PCC again. So, it seems they are not in receipt of my letter with Indian PCC I sent in Dec, which is kind of strange as I do have courier delivery confirmation :)

Hi iktheone

I have observed that they are picking files from 21 to 30 October AOR from NDVO.
And one more thing is 11 October is hardly picked up.

From spreadsheet the latest applicant received AOR filed his application on 4th Oct!!! How do you know applicants from 21st to 30th Oct started getting their AOR???
