Admin please update , Medical done on 20th Jan and Medical status is update on CIC website on 24th Jan 2014. As of now waiting for my wife FBI PCC, will send the other docs once I rcvd it.


One question , so far no one from the NDVO has got their passport back with the PR right ???? WHy are they taking so long , any guesses ??

I am new to this forum. I applied for a FSWP from India in July /August 2013 and the application along with all the relevant documents was sent across to the Nova Scotia Office. I have neither heard from them on the receipt of the application nor am I able to see the status of my application online.

Can anyone please guide me as to how do I go about figuring out how do I find out what the status of my application is ?

i got letter from Delhi Immigration office to submit Medical,PCC,RPRF and passport by 3rd,MArch. I shall be submitting all the asked docs by next week.

Questions...
a) How should i submit the original passports to delhi office. is it safe to send them by courier or can i deliver it by-hand
b) will there be any interview call. if yes, then should i expect that to happen.
c) at what stage can i call my application. is it towards the end of the process.

Reputed courier companies like Blue Dart, DTDC or visa services by VFS should do.
b) will there be any interview call. if yes, then should i expect that to happen.
No, not likely at this stage.
c) at what stage can i call my application. is it towards the end of the process.
This is ideally the final stage.

Dear friends


this is to inform you I got the MR e-mail from CPP-O and its form in 2 separate e-mails few hours ago
the MR e-mail itself dated Jan 24th

they also requested to pay the RPRF fees and provided instructions for doing so online
I just want to say thank you thank you God for that
and of course thanks for all the forum admins and everyone here

Admins please turn me blue in the sheet...loooong waited for it
My ECas still have one line only, no second line added till this moment

btw, anyone knows if high Blood Pressure could delay or cause application rejection???

UPDATE:

Have received MR/RPRF/PCC/PP request yesterday afternoon via email from CHC, New Delhi. I had send India PCC to CHC in Dec'13. Don't know whether I should just send a copy of same or get yet another fresh one and send.

My ecas status had changed to processing started a day before on 24th Jan.

NOC code 1112, July/August 2013 applicant. I am really nervous for you but I am sure the senior forumites like sinestra will be best placed to tell you more.

Well it seems to be one of the popular NOCs and according to the spreadsheet the last applicant (forum member) to get his payment taken or PER was 27 May applicant. That is almost 2 months before you applied. I don't know when that NOC 1112 cap got filled up but but my nervousness is judging from the above deductions. I might be wrong and there is always hope until you hear from them.
You may want to contact the CIO to check on the status of your application to be sure.

Thanks IloveAB, sorry I am absolutely new to this forum so if you could just answer a few more questions for me :

Whats is /Where is this spreadsheet ?
What happens if my application is received after the cap is reached ?
I paid through card - so the payment was made - so how do I know the status of my application - i just have a Proof of delivery of the courier having reached there - thats it and have not heard anything post that
