Ak: i think LVO is not following FIFO rule for case evaluation as like CIO.I'm also 3rd july applicant but no update so far.Sooner or later everybody would get acknowledgement from LVO. Good luck

You are rite Syham !!! This itself a good news that LVO is working on 2013 applicant with good speed irrespective of which month's application they are picking first. I wish you all good luck and wish this immigrant thing end in the best interest of our families and future.

Some interesting trend so far from LVO for FSW 2013 Applicants

Only Applicants from NOC 0211, 2131 and 2147 got MR / 2nd line.

Only Applicants from NOC 1112 and 2174 got Interview Call.

No update from any other NOC thus far.

i agree, Warsaw VO can't work in silo away from other VOs. I assume that each VO estimates the time required to process 2013 application according to the staff capacity and number of application they've received, based on that they determine when to start working on 2013 applications in order to finish before May2014. So don't worry, maybe they don't have much new applications, that's why they're still clearing the backlog.

I don't want to discourage you guys, but one from the best immigration consultant informed me kindly that Minister promises about a year processing time are just empty promises without any meaning. At least twice Canada promised 1 year processing time in past.
So I advice really to chill out...

Congrats Idima!!!!!!!!!!!!Thankfully they dont judge too harshly for extra weight from what I have seen on the forums, however it would be a great idea to find a healthy diet and start a consistent exercise program. Maybe in 45 days you could lose up to 20 lbs in a healthy manner.

Moscow just woke up! Received medicals and request for some additional documents!

Have mixed feelings and it is kind of dilemma for me now. :-\
I want to do medical examination ASAP, but need to lose some weight which takes time.
Cause I heard they do not take extra size, not standard, original, good, smart, hard working, loving, caring people like me, in Canada. Cause of economic crisis, food supply shortage, healthcare concerns or something like that.

What to do now? Should I stop eating from now on, join a gym, may be you can recommend some kind of wonder diet. I have only 60 days to take medical examination and to look like Appolon.

I have seen below second line added on my ECAS status:

We have commenced processing your application on 21.01.2014 and I haven't received any MR.

I am July 2 applicant.

Is this LVOs procedure to add second line even before sending MR?

I am scared to my marrows.

Don't be scared to your marrows.

Just send an email to LVO. They are very efficient at replying.
