I have seen below second line added on my ECAS status:

We have commenced processing your application on 21.01.2014 and I haven't received any MR.

I am July 2 applicant.

Is this LVOs procedure to add second line even before sending MR?

I am scared to my marrows.

Take it easy lad... second line can be added before or after MR. Mine was added yesterday but still no MR mail... give it a couple of days.

Congratulations Bboy.

Well, there is no hard & fast rule of any Visa Office to send MR first followed by addition of second line on the ECAS or to add second line first on the ECAS followed by MR. Few applicants get MR first then second line is added while few applicants get second line first followed by MR. Nothing to be worried.

Please note that LVO is also inviting randomly selected applicants for interviews, therefore you should expect MR or interview call early next week.

I received message stating that my application is successfully processed and is in NDVO on 18.12.2013
No update till then.
Waiting for meds.

Thank you... Thanks to this forum which is keeping me informed.

Well, my fees got encased on 26.09.2013

I talked to the officer on 07.10.2013 to get to know this and my client number

Then on 10th October 2013, I wrote to CIC on their support email address about my fees deducted and file status. This email I got response on 30.10.2013 wherein they informed me my file number. I believe this is the first file number that is generated in Canada and that once we get file in NDVO they will issue calls for medical examination. Although this number I received, its not on a letter but in response to my email. I think I have to wait for their letter which will officiate my file number. Also, I believe the file number with Medical call is final, which I have not yet received (may be that will come from NDVO as per my understanding)

Do let me know if the file number so mentioned by them which is E+9digits is final number or will I get another new one also.

Yet to receive any official letter from CIC about my file status.

Moscow just woke up! Received medicals and request for some additional documents!

Have mixed feelings and it is kind of dilemma for me now. :-\
I want to do medical examination ASAP, but need to lose some weight which takes time.
Cause I heard they do not take extra size, not standard, original, good, smart, hard working, loving, caring people like me, in Canada. Cause of economic crisis, food supply shortage, healthcare concerns or something like that.

What to do now? Should I stop eating from now on, join a gym, may be you can recommend some kind of wonder diet. I have only 60 days to take medical examination and to look like Appolon.

Dear member,
MR should be done for each and every member you have included in your application
To be very clear, You and your spouse and your children. No escape on this requirements.
Even they are not accompanying you, still it should be done.
Hope this suffice.

1. The address which CIC has provided for sending FSW1 applications to is a PO Box, so how do you guys have someone sign for the courier/express mail etc.? :-\
