You got really confused reply. Let me share with you the reply of CIO which I received against my enquiry email.

Good Day,

APPLICATION #E000XXXXXX

According to our records a letter was sent via email on 14 Nov 2013 advising your file was being transferred to the visa office for further assessment/decision. As we no longer hold the file you are requested to contact the visa office in London regarding updates/enquiries regarding your file.

You got this reply mayb coz they had sent your per on 14/11.
Mine still not sent i guess dats d reason i got such reply.
Dont knw whats happening...
What date applicants are currently getting PERs?

Ecas added 2nd line - we started processing your application on January 16th ( 3rd line was added on September 1- Medical Received)

there are few of the guys who have received interview calls , 4 to 5 I believe , although I don't have their user IDs

Send your inquiries to London. They are very quick at replying. I sent an email yesterday, and they replied today confirming that the action I had requested has also been completed.
