Hi, I got an email that my application is sent back to me due to CAP reached on 2nd of Dec. Till now I haven't received it , the address is in Egypt...

(1) Do they use the address in "Generic Application form IMM0008ENU_2D"?
(2) Do you think this is normal? what to do now?

Sorry to hear about it..and yes it is normal you will get back your applocation package 2-3 months

They charge only if you are gettin PER. Because in the PER it is mentioned that they have charged your cc or dd. So dont worry, you will get it soon

My application received on same date 10thMay by Mike at same time 1:40pm as yours and I got PER email on 11Aug2013.But i still didnot get my MR...

Kindly let me know what might be issue?

Sorry dear I have no idea how LVO is dealing. However, most of the people got interview call instead of MR. I consider myself lucky.

just take your medical receipt, pp, rprf dd (PCC and POF if asked) letter of ppr (attached with mail) to them
check timings as at ahmedabad timing are 9 to 3pm

Be +VE, do not lose your patience or confidence! Everything has a meaning in life. Your day is not very far, believe me. Everyone's prayers will be heard of.

I am sure NDVO is processing the cases on FIFO basis (First In First Out), depending on when you applied, when you submitted all the docs, when you took the medicals and submitted the PPs. If I am not wrong, this is what is the pattern I am seeing from the list.

Please look at yours and be calm. Your turn will come. Do not get disappointed nor depressed. We know the pain and agony as we have already passed the same phase.

One important suggestion - do not focus all your energies, concentration and importance towards the PR. As I said it earlier, this is just one phase which you willl have to take up once you get the visa. One shouldnt really waste their time totally depending on the PR alone. We should draw parallel plans and move on life without any full stops or commas. We should be ready for the circumstances, +ve or -ve. Then only we can lead a content life even if we get to see adverse outcomes, whether it is pertaining to PR or anything else in life. Plan it well and you will not be disappointed.

Cheer up, focus your energies on +ve, constructive and other important issues in life. Let fate take its own time to shower on us what we deserve and wish for! This is my humble and honest suggestion. This way we will not be extremely disappointed when made to wait like this!

do v need to take a prior appointment or else just walk in straight and also does vfs send ur passport to ur home or else u need to go and collect???? plz throw some light. thanks
