Dear Everyone,

I am new here. I decided to register as I am looking for the answers on my confusions. In 2006 I secretly married my bf. It was secret because I did not get the blessing of my family. But just after 3 months we got separated as I worked overseas. My life went on. In 2009, I went to Canada using a single entry visit visa and stayed there for a month. In my application, I put single. I am into conclusion that my documents should be consistent and moreover, I do not have marriage certificate (well actually I do not believed that Im married because what happen in 2006 is like a "A big joke that isnt funny". In 2010, I met a guy and in 2011 he proposed. So I secure all the requirements until came to know based from records that the marriage in 2006 is recorded! I hired a lawyer and in 2012, It was finally decided in court that the marriage in 2006 is null and void from the beginning. So with that we got married in 2013. After our marriage, I applied in FSWP. and put all truthful details like I was married before in 2006 (and submitted the copy of the final decision and annotation in the marriage certificate). But this info is actually inconsistent with my previous visit visa application as I put single before. Is it will cause me a big problem?

You don't have to worry much about previous details you provided with your visit visa.......
If you are called for an interview......... Explain CO emotional stress you underwent during that phase because of immediate separation after marriage........
Immigration Officers are well trained to know how family things adversely affect individual's psyche........,
Clearly state the same thing in your explanation .....,,,

DD was in CAD

Well firstly, if you are still in saudi, it is comparitively easy... (comparitively in terms of everything in Saudi)... you need to get a form from your local Police station for PCC, then get it attested by MOFA and Chamber of commerce. Now these two agencies dont entertain people like us, so you need to ask your employer to help you... and as you know, the employers will not be happy to hear that you have a Canadian visa procedure in progress... so better start finding alternatives...

Thanks a lot everyone for your support and advice on my case. You are right joe99. Im on a dilemma where I don't know my status at that time.Single but married, or married but I have no evidence of marriage (I do not have a copy of marriage cert if its existing). And I never seen him after 2006. As I have said I came to know that marriage in 2006 was legit when I secure papers for marrying fiancee in 2011. Then everything becomes clear with the help of my lawyer. In the end, the marriage is indeed null and void.
