To all the people who have change in family composition. Your application will not be over delayed Because when I sent me details on 2 Dec and got MR on 7 Jan itself. Why i am sharing this information, initially when i resent the application my consultant said it will be delayed by at least 4 months and that was not the case. I thank Allah for that. So hopes up wish you all get MR like a good surprise.

My application was received on 30/8/13 under 0211. I had no update about my application so I sent them email a month ago and got the reply last night by saying....


Dear Sir/Madam,

Re: UCI# XXXXXXX

Please be advised that your application was returned with all attachments on December 5, 2013 as the cap of NOC 0211 has been reached. A letter of explanation was provided along with the application package.

Please note: all returned applications are sent via regular mail to the mailing address as entered on the application package. There is no tracking number. Once the application is mailed, its delivery is the responsibility of the postal service. Applications are not sent via courier.

So my application was returned on 5 Dec 13 but I still haven't received it yet. I called up my postman who delivers all speed post, ordinary post and parcel etc... he said he hasn't received any post of mine. Its been nearly a month and a half, I wonder where my application package gone?? any clue about that????

Please help with my questions-
1) Now what options do I have to get the PR in Canada??
2) My consultant said that FSW will open in 2014 again and there are huge demand of Mechanical Engineers so dont worry just wait till May and resubmit. But as we discussed in the forum many times that FSW will not be there in 2014 instead it will be with new system in 2015. So is it just the rumour that NO FSW IN 2014??? or is my consultant CORRECT???? ??? ??? ???
3) In case I reapply can I change my NOC with the same UCI no????

So sorry to hear about the return of your application package. However, my candid advice is: once your package is received, apply under another NOC if you are eligible. It doesn't matter that you already have a UCI, in fact you are required to quote the same UCI number in the new application. There is no FSW14 and 2015 is EOI. All the best.

Friends coulld nybody plz explain the procedure of DD clearing, I made my DD from Thomas cook forex and the DD thy gave me is of "Bank of America National association Canada" and their branc is in Toronto only I thnk as I googled it so its showing Toronto branch,SO if CIO send my DD for clearing how many max days it could take to clear DD of any othr provience..I vl b really humbled if anyone could give me some perception regarding thisss.....

It doesn't matter that you already have a UCI, in fact you are required to quote the same UCI number in the new application. There is no FSW14 and 2015 is EOI. All the best.

Thanks Hopefulval, there is another NOC but that is caped as well so no idea what to do..... is there any where mentioned which evidence that there will not be FSW 2014 for sure??? please share if you know any....

My ecas is showing another line "We started processing your application on January 7, 2014."
However, I didn't receive any mail from my VO yet.

@ Lpit, I could see from the spreadsheet that you had similar kind of update few days ago. Did you receive any kind of response from CPP-O yet?

I think what they mean to say is that they would process this much applications in 2014, nowhere they mentioned that they will open new FSW program in 2014.
