I know that website is not a brand new.
Anyway this not change one issue namely that CIC ALWAYS processes the newest sort of apps leaving behind old ones. Secondly, if an app wasn't process enough fast from beginning, may suffers prolonged waiting for finalizing.

How long does it take to know if your application is being returned ? You get to know it only when you receive your package back or they send you an email too before ? Please advise.

I just read on another forum that someone who applied for FSW2 in March 2013 LVO (got PER in April 2013), with arranged employment, got his MR today!
Perhaps soon will be our turn ...

Dear Everyone,
I have received the passport request from NDVO and I am living in Japan. Most of the courier companies have denied except the DHL which has agreed to send my passport from Japan to NDVO.According to DHL,a passport can be from embassy to embassy or from individual to embassy if a accompanied with a letter for the customs clearance.
On showing the letter from NDVO they have agreed to send my passport.

Has anyone been in the similar situation of mailing passports across the borders which is an way illegal?

Also does NDVO provides extension for passport submission dates when the candidate is living overseas?

How will you receive the passport after visa stamping? Will the NDVO send it to Japan by Post?

CIIP is free of charge, Once you get your medical they will send you an invitation to participate in CIIP session.
this session is at your discretion.
It helps in giving local environment, social, political, financial.
Its good for people especially who do not have strong links in Canada ( Relatives)
Prepares you for post landing and provides you information about how to find jobs and how to make you CV, expectations and better understanding of Canadian market,

Its Much better than Australia .........I guess.........when it comes to work in their respective fields...........
secondly.....we all forget to realize why do expect swiftly that a new place & new work place culture will absorb just like that ............without knowing what h//she is capable of......their adaptability...........we need to prove ourselves.........

Besides, all applicants are confident enough that they can prove their caliber................but so impatient.....

My intention is not being rude or something...........am just giving you a clear idea.....

Its very difficult to answer this question given the information provided, need to be a little more specific like your occupation, organizations you have worked for, relatives in Canada or Australia etc.

But one can think about these things after applying. If one can buy an option to settle in a country like Canada for just a grand, why not?

As far as the unemployment rates are concerned, yes they are higher in Canada. But that hardly matters given the fact that more than 90000 skilled workers shall retire by 2020...

I have applied for 1112 and working as financial analyst for a multi national bank. worked with various MNCs. no relative or friend in Canada though having couple of friends in Australia.
hope this will clear more and what would be the best cities to migrate for 1112

Hello,

I made 2 bank cheques of AUD 490 each in favour of "CONSULATE GENERAL OF CANADA IN SYDNEY" (1 for myself and other one for my spouse), drawn on Commonwealth Bank of Australia. Is this the correct method of paying RPRF in Australia for FSWP migration? I am very stressed at this moment. Please help... ??? ???
