Why you are so sure that your application will be returned?

I am 1st Nov applicant. Haven't received my PER yet and hoping that they return back my application for any reason. I wanna resend the application to change my VO.
I stated in my current application that i belong to LVO

Guys , i need an advise

I am dec 2 applicant , i have travelled canada last year on visitor Visa

So cz of that I have my UCI number , Now the question is:

Whether the UCI number will be same for FSW application ( as i left blank in form the UCI no. Column)

Secondly , WHEN I CHECK ECAS with my uci number , its says we dont recognise you ( no details )

When will ecas show my file update , after cic issues me PER or even before??

As he is November 1st applicant, his application must be under review or already reviewed; therefore he is already late to send an amended Generic Application Form with change of VO.

Can anyone from Singapore say how long they celebrate the Chinese New Year, officially it seems Jan 31 and Feb 1 but I know for certain that in Malaysia almost 12-14 days the celebration or its preparation goes on and often many local Chinese takes vacation in these times .. so wanted to know how its like in SG, as I suspect SGVO must have locally employed staffs ....

Yes, your UCI number will remain same, assuming you are the primary applicant and are checking the ECAS. And regarding ECAS status, please wait till the time your CC gets charged and you get PER. After that you will see ECAS updated. Till that time you will not be able to check your status and it will keep throwing the same message that it does not recognize you.

officially they have 2 days of holiday in Malaysia..not 12-14 days..all the govt offices and embassies remain open

There is no NOC in FSW 2013 program where they are taking someone from Marketing or International business background. However go through the following list of NOCs which are open and CAP not reached, and find one that fits your past experience. This decision is the first step.
