I don't think so. When it comes to further review or processing of applications by the respective visa offices, individuals are different. We are dealt with differently depending on what we have in our applications and who is dealing with it. My cup of tea may not be yours. In order to have a clearer view of your application, it would be a good idea to request for a copy of your GCSM note. I have sent a CSE to LVO and still waiting for their response. I have also made a request for my GCMS note. Be positive.

@ hila01 /rawdah
what's GCMS note ? and it purpose ?

Is it possible for primary applicant to land canada soon after getting visa and dependent could have delivery here in home country and get the new baby details updated and land canada.

Seniors please respond.

Thanks in advance.

NMG,

One question ...did you go to e-medical enabled facility or otherwise ?

We went to an e-medical enabled facility and none of the above two points are applicable to us...i.e. there was no IMM form attested by doctor and neither he signed the passport for us. They kept our IMM 1017 form.

Instead we got a printed e-medicals done acknowledgement from the hospital. That acknowledgement had our photos on it, which were taken by them through a web-cam. We were told to send these to NDVO as completion of medicals proof.

Hello,

I applied to the Canadian skilled worker category 2147 (Computer Engineer) on May 30, 2013. My application reached there on June 6, 2013. My case processing center is Ottawa.

CIC has emailed me on Dec 24. It has asked me to provide my medical exam, police clearance certificate and PR fee by February 22.

How long does it take to get my PR approval after I submit these documents? If I submit these documents by February 22, when can I expect CIC to ask me to move there?

Thanks,

Nazmul

Congratulations Nazmul, Hope you all the best.

It is really good news to hear that CPP-O is working now in June's applicant. Thanks for sharing the status and kindly add your full details to the spreadsheet for easier tracking. Thanks again.

Congrats, Stoic.
What were the VFS Charges? And do they send all the docs or only passports?

Dear Vedh,

VFS took Rs1310 for two applications (Principal Applicant and Spouse). They call it applications and each person is considered one application, even though all our documents were sent in the same packet. You have to fill a VFS form to avail their service. Its not a just courier service. They enter your passport details in their system as well before sending all the documents to NDVO. Also you can send all the documents and not just passports.

BTW they use blue dart as their courier partner for sending and receiving back the passports.

Stoic

Hi Stoic ,

Thanks for the reply.

Yes the facilities is e-medical enabled , they said they will upload the same in 2-3 days.
They xeroxed the Medical form in beginning it self and kept one copy with them and other they gave to me with photo i had provided and stamped the photo as well as the bottom with doctor details. They even gave the first page of my passport signed by doctor.

and yes they took my Photo by camera for their upload ( probably)

I did medicals in Hyderabad not sure if they follow a different approach.

Thanks

Thanks for your wishes. Where can I find the spreadsheet?

Also, do you know how long it takes after the medical exam and police certificate?

I need to apply for a Canadian visa very quickly. The answer of the above question will determine if I should apply for single or multiple entry visa.

Thanks,

Nazmul

I haven't sent the Passports yet, but the status on the ECAS was updated to "Decision Made" - Fourth line on ECAS was added: A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

So looks like as soon as the PPs reach there, they'd stamp the maple leaf and send it back. Hoping for a quick turn around. Let's see. I will update when I will receive the PPs back. I am planning to send Passports tonight though :). I already bought the Xpresspost - USA prepaid envelope from amazon.ca and using it for CPPO to return the passports in it.

Congrats cnonline !! Keep us further updates..!
